Madrid is a city with incredible people, an incredible location, lots of clubs, and even better food. I hope you enjoy yourself in yet another wonderful city in Spain, and hopefully you can grub hard on some of my delicious suggestions.

This tavern in Madrid is absolutely delicious. Everything you can order here is fantastic, I tried four different dishes here and they were all specials of that day. That is what the bartender recommended so that’s what I ordered. And all of them were so good I just recommend ordering whatever strikes your fancy, or whatever the server/bartender recommends you on the day you come.
Tapas/Beef Tail

El Anciano Rey de los Vinos is another amazing authentic Spanish spot in Madrid that has amazing tapas that are noteworthy by themselves. But their beef tail is definitely the reason Anciano ranks so high. The beef tail here is phenomenal, and the tapas are a great compliment to it. Tapas in Spain are a glorious delicacy that I adore, and El Anciano Rey de los Vinos does them the best that I have seen thus far.
Spanish/Chorizo

Casa Mingo boasts the best chorizo I have had in my life, along with some amazing other options. Unfortunately they were out of their signature pig and chicken off the grill by the time I arrived. However the chorizo at Casa Mingo is definitely their best option, it is damn amazing. The other offerings here are also absolutely delicious so I’d recommend ordering whatever catches your eye, with the chorizo of course.
Spanish/Eggs with Iberian Ham

Serafina rounds out the list in Madrid boasting fantastic Spanish cuisine. While everything at Serafina is good enough to be ranked, the Iberian ham with eggs and fries is definitely the best item on the menu. The eggs pair beautifully with the iberian ham, and I was stunned at how perfect the fries complimented the ham and eggs combo. This is definitely a staple cuisine in Spain, and Serafina is the highest ranking place to obtain this delicious cuisine.
Spanish/Steak

Fatigas is yet another amazing tapas bar in Madrid. Yet again this tapas bar has more than just tapas to go with it’s great atmosphere. The best food I had here was their steak, but their tapas were fantastic as well.
